Dennis Amrine is an experienced Career Management Professional whose work across higher education, non-profit/government, and corporate outplacement has been shaped by a deep commitment to serving others with empathy, clarity, and purpose. Over the past three decades, he has guided students, professionals, and executives through moments of transition and-helping individuals discover their strengths, navigate uncertainty, and move forward with confidence.
Dennis currently serves as a Career Transition Coach with Challenger, Gray & Christmas, where he equips job seekers with practical strategies for re-employment, personal branding, and professional growth. Previously, he spent 6 plus years at William & Mary’s Raymond A. Mason School of Business, where he coached graduate business students and contributed to achieving 100% placement outcomes for first year MBA candidates. His previous work includes impactful roles with the WorkPlace’s nationally recognized Platform to Employment program, Right Management, Lee Hecht Harrison, and Fairfield University.
Dennis has served as a volunteer and previously was on staff with the Cambridge House.
