Join us on Friday, October 23rd from 4 to 5 PM for another installment of Cambridge House’s Fireside Chat series, as host Melanie Jeschke leads her discussion entitled “The Fellowship of the Inklings”.

Just who were the Inklings and why are they important? This talk is an introduction to the men and works of arguably the most influential literary gathering of the 20th century.


Melanie Jeschke, MA

Melanie has taught English Composition and Literature at various colleges, and is the author of a series of novels set around the Inklings, called The Oxford Chronicles (including Inklings, Expectations, & Evasions). She has also written the chapter on Oxford for Rick Steves’s England guidebook, and numerous articles published in newspapers, WORLD magazine, and the Tolkien Journal, Silver Leaves
